Anita Barone

Barone appeared in the fourth-season Seinfeld episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham Chef who was seeking Elaine Benes shoes. Barone was on the team in the show Carol & Company in early 1990s along with the actress Carol Burnett. Barone appeared as Carol Willick Geller's ex-wife in the initial Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends to take on a new role which required more time. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the first season (1995-1996) and in The War at Home from 2005 until 2007. In 2000 Barone played a part in her sitcom Daddio. Barone is also a part of Desperate housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately Housewives. In 2004, Barone was the recipient of her 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in the feature film One Last Ride. Barone began her character as the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones in 2010 three years after the conclusion of The War at Home. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones his former husband of the character played by Barone during two shows.
